" The old adage 'Without your health you have nothing,' rings particularly true in the area of mental health. Vibrant and robust mental health creates a foundation which supports every aspect of our lives , from work to relationships. Anxiety, depression and other psychiatric problems can cripple a person's ability to fully engage in and enjoy his or her life.
Fortunately , there has never been a more exciting and optimistic time for mental health care, with cutting edge breakthroughs in psychopharmacology and psychotherapeutic techniques. With appropriate diagnosis and treatment, the vast majority of patients regain good mental health and experience a corresponding increase in satisfaction in their daily lives.
In addition to my medical training, I have a background and strong interest in psychology. I am also excited by the possibilities currently offered by holistic health care. I enjoy working with my patients individually and helping them create their personal path back to mental health."
